CTI/Service Cloud Scrum Master

Overview

We are recruiting a Scrum Master to coach our CTI and Service Cloud technical teams. Bring your technical and scrum expertise to deliver high-quality work. You will coordinate cross-team, multi-department efforts and track progress ensuring the teams are flexible and productive sprint to sprint.

Responsibilities

Design and develop agile work plans, coordinating with product owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog
• Facilitate regular scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives


• Ensure high quality deliverables and work effort in line with acceptance criteria


• Organize work across the organization to facilitate timely progress and decision making


• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts


• Monitor scrum processes and ensure productive delivery by the team


• Remove impediments and obstacles that occur, helping teams find the right people or solutions


• Align priorities and timing with stakeholders while leading two teams with differing dynamics


• Assess agile maturity of teams and coach them to continually improve at a sustainable pace


• Apply an enterprise architecture mindset to solutions

Requirements

• 5 years of related work experience in agile application development


• Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework and techniques


• Superior attention to detail and results oriented with demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and meeting commitments


• Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach


• Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence


• Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities


• Bachelor's in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Recommended Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification


• Change management experience


• Conflict resolution experience
