ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  3. Works with the FSP Operations Manager(s) and subcontractors in the collection, consolidation and required formatting of language and/or comments for contract deliverables and other controlled document reviews for submission to customers.

  4. Monitors the progress of FSP contract activities; develops and maintain records of contract activities, and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, as required by FSP projects.

  5. Distributes project related material to FSP Operations team members and others as needed.

  6. Contributes to the production and maintenance of requested documents, ensuring template and version compliance.

  7. Creates study specific SharePoint site and assists with maintenance. Upon project end, completes final QC and close out project specific SharePoint site.

  8. Assists FSP Operations Manager with boarding, provision of training, security in processing duties, and granting access privileges per role.

  9. Operations Meetings: Arranges, attends and supports with minute taking, updates project plans/ tools/documents per discussions.

  10. Assists with SOP development. Ensures all SOP deviations are tracked, and the signed form is filed.

  11. Coordinates and tracks project specific trainings as requested by PM and/or client.

  12. Ensures study related supplies are inventoried, returned, destroyed or archived.

  13. Participates on proposal submission projects as needed.

  14. Maintains a safe workplace ensuring that he/she is aware of and observes appropriate safety and occupational health rules and regulations. Employee is required to attend safety training relative to his/her position and report any infractions of safety procedures to the facility Safety Officer.

  15. Performs light duties and other related duties as required and assigned.

  16. Candidates for positions under ICON Government and Public Health Solutions contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD) may be required to pass one or more background/security investigations conducted by the DoD, U.S. Army, or other Federal Government agency.

Qualifications


ExperienceAssociates degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in an administrative or research work environment. (preferred)
Experience supporting program/project management teams for a government contractor (preferred)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including with Excel and PowerPoint. (preferred)
An understanding of government contracting in healthcare and/or science (preferred)
Exceptional written and oral communication skills. (preferred)
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently as needed. (preferred)
Detail oriented with planning and organization skills. Customer oriented. (preferred)
Must be able to work independently following a brief period of specific technical training. (preferred)
