Job Description:

Infosys is seeking Java Developer ( Java/Spring/Micro services )This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education


• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology and preferably from STEM background.


• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require 10% travel in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in JAVA/J2EE/Spring/Spring boot development and architecture.


• Strong understanding and experience in designing and implementing APIs


• Good Knowledge in Cloud Migration and Cloud Native App development


• Knowledge in UI test frameworks like Karma, Jasmine


• Experience/Knowledge in CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar etc.


• Knowledge in Fortify, Checkmarx and other Static code analyzers


• At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.


• Comfort with Agile operating models


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills


• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
