Keplr Vision is a business support services company focused on investing and partnering with medically focused optometry practices and providing best in class lens technology and patient experience. Keplr currently has over 200 practices in 30 states and is able to provide exceptional levels of clinical, operational and marketing support with its more than decade-old business services platform.


Keplr Vision is currently going through tremendous growth and expanding its Revenue Department. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, results-driven Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle to join the team in our Bloomington, IL location!


The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing current and future strategies for billing, processing payments, minimizing bad debt, improving cash flow and managing the overall receivables. This position is responsible for managing relationship and workflow processes with Revenue Cycle Management.  
 
Responsibilities:


  • Develop strategic plans, annual goals, and performance metrics to ensure timely billing, AR (Accounts Receivables) reduction and collections across all Keplr Vision practices.

  • Work with the Business Services team to create actionable reports, KPI tracking and goal measurement tools.

  • Plan, develop, and lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives, including workflow enhancement, process documentation, RCM training and analysis of related revenue cycle trends.

  • Set quality performance standards and conduct evaluations; drive educational programming to improve data quality.

  • Engage with integrated revenue cycle initiatives to ensure Keplr Vision achieves revenue cycle goals.

  • Maintain comprehensive and contemporary knowledge of the patient and third-party billing, coding practices, and emerging regulations and technology.

  • Develop vision and strategy to ensure ongoing completeness, accuracy, and compliance of billing, payment posting and AR practices.

  • Serves as a champion of enterprise-wide culture, including influencing culture change to support Keplr Visions mission to support and serve our providers and practices. 

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business/management, finance, nursing, or a related field is required.  

  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare coding, billing and reimbursement.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Excel.

  • Strong communication skills; verbal and written.

  • Ability to work across internal teams to effectively achieve goals while ensuring a positive experience for partner practices, team members and leadership.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, with flexibility and capacity to identify and administer competing operational priorities in a changing environment with creativity and resourcefulness.

  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to undertake assignments with minimum supervision and direction.
