The Service Account Manager will be working within the Honeywell Gas Analysis & Safety business unit, specifically the services organization focused on Gas Analytics. This person will be the face of Honeywell and have overall responsibility for the business sales pipeline along with interacting with our customers and end-users. The primary purpose of this position will be to leverage new and existing service offerings to secure business growth and develop the organization. Activities will be focused primarily on services and solution selling. The position is open to several targeted growth areas and not limited to Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities, Develop Account Plans and execute Strategic Selling techniques to grow the business
  • Articulate and Deliver a complex Value Proposition
  • Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
  • Establish Rapport with Customers
  • Ability to interface at many levels of an organization to improve the size, speed and probability of orders
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Establish and position growth within enterprise customers
  • Improve renewal rate of existing customer base
  • Demonstrates ability to handle challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keeps informed on the advancement of competitive offerings and differentiated value positioning
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, organized and able to work independently
  • A collaborative and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to travel 50% and work remotely
MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in a Sales/Account Management
WE VALUE:

  • Gas Detection Experience
  • Experience in solution selling and articulating value
