Calling All Receptionists!

Growing Physical Therapy Practice with locations throughout New Jersey and Philadelphia seeking a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist with strong customer service skills. Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, good at multitasking and a team player. It is essential that Front Desk Medical Receptionist staff are courteous, polite, and helpful to the public, clients and clinical staff while managing the reception area efficiently.

Front Desk Medical Receptionist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Professionally answering phones, scheduling patients and directing patients as well as medical representatives, vendors and other business associates, to the appropriate location and services.

  • Performing routine clinical tasks and administrative duties in a timely manner to support clinical staff

  • Able to accurately register patients according to Company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed, understood and signed by patients.

  • Must be pro-active and comfortable working unsupervised at times.

 Front Desk Medical Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service and Management Skills

  • Previous experience in Healthcare administration or related fields not required but desirable

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
