Hybrid Role: 2-3 days a week in
office

Position Summary:       

Ensure development and delivery of strategically aligned
programs, materials, and initiatives to support appropriate engagement and
communications with the prioritized Market Access customer segments.

Responsibilities and
Duties:
 


  • Establish and maintain market access   strategy and business
    planning for pipeline and commercial assets

  • Collaborate to integrate appropriate health economic and value data
    into communications

  • Gain key customer segment insights to support market access planning
    and message development

  • Develop print material, slide decks, media to communicate core messages
    aligned to fulfilling customer clinical and economic information needs

  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to execute on
    initiative development, approval, and delivery

  • Manage all agency relations, budgeting, and tactical plan development
    related to execution of marketing initiatives for Market Access

  • Support all market access department operation requirements

Educational
Requirements:
  

  • BA/BS degree in science and/or business-related discipline,
    or the equivalent

Experience: 


  • 7+ years oncology pharma / biotech experience

  • 2+ years oncology market access marketing experience

  • Development and execution of
    marketing tactical plans, including program and material development, approval
    and delivery

  • Some overnight travel required
    (~10-20%)
