Description

In an atmosphere of fast-paced, high-value transactions, Cambridge's legal team faces challenging legal and business strategy questions, often in one-off situations that are new to the company. While each attorney on our team handles projects independently, our team huddles often to think deeply and creatively on Cambridge's hardest challenges.

We chat daily with the legal and management teams of our vendors and clients, delicately balancing the need to maintain those crucial relationships with protecting Cambridge's interests. We think on our feet to solve problems creatively, streamline processes, and develop opportunity. Our work combines long-term projects with multiple more immediate needs that arise unexpectedly, with the goal of enabling sales as our guide to balance the two.

We seek a business-minded individual, for a Contracts & Business Operations Specialist position, to help our team with a variety of important legal matters, including contract negotiation, human resources, IP, immigration, and corporate governance, and business-related projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly assist our lawyers and management in meaningful matters and projects, experience a broad range of practice areas, and interface with major companies and law firms, all while being exposed to cutting-edge enterprise information technology products and services.
