The Opportunity

• Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners
• Current national certification, BLS, ACLS, DEA, and controlled substance training is required
• Current CA state license is a plus
• 2+ years of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Must be comfortable managing Family Practice and Urgent Care type patients as well as Urgent Care procedures (lacerations, abscesses, fracture management) and be comfortable interpreting plain film x-rays.
• 10 hour shifts
• Full time, part-time, and per diem opportunities
• Comfortable attending patients of all ages

Corona Community Health Center/ FQHC Urgent Care - Corona, California

• New Urgent Care in the heart of Corona is in collaboration with the Riverside University Health System whose vision is to improve the well-being of patients in their community.
• Anticipated first year volume is 7300 but this number will increase quickly!
• Site provider model is single coverage.
• Site staffing model with registration, medical assistants, LVN and x-ray technologist
• Point of Care testing and X-Ray
