Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will develop and lead global benefits strategic initiatives, development of health and wellbeing offerings suitable across the population


• This role will be instrumental in developing the culture of wellbeing globally and taking it to the next level and in the process leading/coordinating our global/regional initiatives in the space


• This role will also work with regional Total Rewards/Benefits/HR leaders to benchmark, develop programs and offerings, program and vendor management of our global benefits programs and platforms


• This role will also help develop the global communication strategy in wellness space and will partner with communication team for external and internal messaging


• This role will help establish a community of wellness advocates and get the leader's buy-in and participation as needed


• This role will lead or partner with regional leaders to keep an inventory of the regional benefits and evaluate the business case to enhance our offering in the region/country in conjunction with other TR priorities


• This role will also look at synergies of some global benefits like global business travel insurances or look at consolidating the broker landscape across the globe


• Special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience

• Preferably 4+ years of experience in global benefits and/or wellness space with Bachelor's degree


• Subject matter experts for latest trends in Global Benefits and wellness field and have continuous improvement mindset


• Successful candidate will have experience in leading communication campaigns and culture development


• Good relationship building, collaboration with experience partnering with stakeholders and a track record of staying on top of project status


• Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively
