Job Description:

The General Laborer will assist skilled tradespeople in their duties while performing basic construction-related tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.




• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.




• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.




• Communication and teamwork skills.




• Adhere to Company Safety procedures and policies.




• Work in varied weather and site conditions.




• Understand basic math and ability to read a tape measure.




• Perform other basic construction related tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or GED.




• Good mechanical skill set, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.




• Work on roofs, ascend and descend ladders safely.




• Must have regular, reliable attendance record.




• Arrange own transportation to office or job site (as specified by your supervisor).




• Motor Vehicle Report check and pre-employment drug screening.
