Job Title: Payroll Representative

Reports to:  Payroll Manager

Location:  Goleta, CA

The Role –   Coordinates payroll data to process bi-weekly payroll, processes bi-weekly payroll and maintains payroll records for audit. Interprets state and local statutes about payments, terminations, garnishments and escheatments.

Your Impact
 

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• Process bi-weekly payroll


• Audit and Input pay indicative data into payroll system


• Support time and attendance user


• Calculate off cycle payroll checks in accordance with state regulations
