Position Summary

Oversee and review the processing of miscellaneous billing payments in JDE and price promotion payments through the Price Promotions Application in Demantra, JDE, and VIP.  Work with the Business Units and Pricing teams to streamline the communication process.  Oversee promotion change requests and ensure that conflicts between sales and the customer are resolved timely.

Responsibilities


  • Assist in processing all monthly promotions, and provide Promotions Paid reports for financial analysis to Director of Pricing at each of the Business Units to perform business audits monthly. 

  • Receive and process wholesaler monthly billbacks within JDE.

  • Secondary contact for all distributors and VIP communications.  Respond to high profile distributor promotion payments issues and system issues from all Divisions as needed. 

  • Research pricing/invoicing errors and issue corrections as needed.

  • Oversee updates to VIP when distributors are in transition of being sold or have name and or address changes. 

  • Assist in maintenance of monthly drives performance metrics to ensure drive execution are being completed effectively.

  • Maintain Price Promotion Reimbursement Calendar for both internal and external distribution. 

  • Work closely with various departments and VIP representatives to monitor volume changes or depletion discrepancy and perform any post audits needed in VIP. 

  • In coordination with the Director of Pricing and Billing/Pricing Team, ensure that all promotion changes are provided and communicated to the distributors in a timely and accurate manner.  Make sure that all systems have accurate information and handle any ad hoc issues that arise.

  • Oversee all VIP Disputes and Ended Status for timely resolution and delegation if needed. 

  • Serve as an objective partner that performs analyses of select promotion activities that lead to a system of checks and balances between Corporate and the Sales Divisions.

  • Maintain all audit documents including Promotions Paid approvals, Demantra approvals, and if applicable yearly upload template approvals.  

  • Assist with the order hold management process as needed.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of professional work experience required.  Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.  Beverage industry experience preferred.

  • Requires well developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Word, and access.  Experience using ERP tool a plus.

  • Requires the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.  Must be a proactive, self-starter and self-learner.

  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

  • Must be able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional manner.

  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills.  Must be a team player with the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels.

  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.  Must have the ability to work and make decisions independently.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment


  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

  • Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time

  • Primary work environment is professional corporate office
