The RN Quality Performance Coordinator, in collaboration with the VP provides risk management services including risk identification, mitigation and harm reduction.  Responsibilities includes drives the risk management function to support PI and Patient Safety Plan, provides support for PI department toward achievement of organizational PI and Patient Safety goals, reviews and analyzes all occurrence reports for Risk Management, quality of care, regulatory concerns. The RN Quality Performance Coordinator performs investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) on issues.

The RN Quality Performance Coordinator will report to the VP of Performance Improvement and Accreditation. The RN Quality Performance Coordinator will have a Bachelor of Science degree, Masters preferred with 2-4 years nursing in a hospital clinical setting.
