Come join the team in Upper Marlboro.  We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with great communication skills to promote customer relations while managing a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.  You will be responsible for communicating information and timeline objectives to customers, third-party agents, drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely, coordinated relocation services.  Transportation or logistics experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of moderate to heavy hands-on customer service experience in an office environment


• Professional and reliable


• Excellent organizational skills. 


• Self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure

DUTIES include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate schedules of customers and vendors so the relocation experience is seamless and stress free


• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff

SKILLS

• Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organizational and time management skills
