We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who's primary responsibility for the daily operation of the Machine Maintenance Department function at this facility. This position reports to the Engineering Manager. This position directly supervises the daily maintenance requirements. This includes supervising all associated personnel, planning and organizing short term, as well as long term maintenance related projects. An integral part of the daily responsibilities is the effective administration, management and on-going development of the facilities' preventive maintenance program and total production maintenance program.

Facilitate equipment rearrangements on a timely basis.
Help solve maintenance problems that affect production including employee work problems.
Maintain production equipment in safe manner. Maintain safe working environment.
Maintains good housekeeping procedure at all times.
Direct responsibility to supervise maintenance associates.
Assure all assigned personnel are adequately trained.
Administer and maintain an effective preventive maintenance and total productive maintenance program.
Coordinate downtime with plant Production to accommodate servicing, repair, and replacement of facility equipment within plant load.
Enforce department, plant, group, and corporate policies and procedures.
Responsible for complying with Quality System and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) System requirements
Other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager.
Required Experience EDUCATION: H.S. Diploma, or GED.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Ten years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of five years experience in maintenance department supervision.
Some technical training including electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
