Job Description:

The Executive Assistant is a full-time position with responsibility for oversight of the Foundation office and administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, reservations and ordering. The Assistant will also be responsible for developing and distributing Foundation Board packets and reports, as well as making necessary arrangements and taking minutes for Board and Committee meetings. In addition, the Assistant will be responsible for data entry, daily deposits, cash handling, and acknowledgement processing and printing, ensuring compliance with Foundation policies and procedures.


Education Required


 Associate degree


Experience Desired


Two-three years of experience serving as an executive or administrative assistant, with additional responsibility or expertise in data entry and cash handling.
