Location: Dakota Dunes, South Dakota
Shift: Monday-Friday hours vary between 8:00am – 9:00pm
Job Schedule: Full-Time

Operations Trainer conducts company training programs and monitors effectiveness of training sessions. They prepare or assists in the preparation of instructional materials and programs.    


Job Duties and Responsibilities


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Delivers new employee training and job-specific training courses.

  • Reports on progress of individual employees under guidance during training periods.

  • Evaluates program results and prepares training status reports.

  • Maintains inventory of training materials.

  • Make suggestions and assists in the updates and additions of department policies and procedures.

  • Delivers personal training to representatives through side by side coaching, Verint monitors, and goal setting.

  • Confer with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.

  • Work in coordination with all trainers, management and Staff Development Managers to identify ways to improve effectiveness, quality and efficiency of all current training programs.

  • Develop course materials and formulate teaching outlines and instructional methods.

  • Select teaching aids such as training handbooks, games, demonstration models, and multimedia aids.

  • Select or develop testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.

  • Assist and mentor employees with “how to” questions related specifically to their work duties.


 Skills and Qualifications:



  • Must possess basic understanding of credit card system.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency of the English language. 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to concentrate and work independently. 

  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly. 

  • Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold The PREMIER Way.
