Sales Ops Special Project (job share) at Lands End Inc in Dodgeville, Wisconsin

Job Description:

The Sales Operations Team is looking for a project person from the Contact Center to job share and help out with a variety of projects/tasks. The tasks would include but are not limited to: COMS reporting, keying/manipulating orders, researching order history, submitting IT tickets, QAing websites, vlook-ups/comparing reports, product spreadsheet/collection template updates, responding to customer inquiries, allocation/program certificate requests, submit sample orders, etc.

We anticipate the role will be about 20 hours a week through the end of the year. Start date is early August.

Hourly grade 7

Skills required:

·         Strong communicator (written & verbal) 

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain organized and prioritize work

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
