*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs).
*The first couple of months will be reserved for training, which will be fully onsite.

Working within established guidelines and management oversight, the Procurement & Travel Specialist collaborates with internal clients and Procurement to drive the approval process for contracts, capital projects and travel requests across the Lands’ End enterprise. 


Responsibilities



  • Route and manage capital, contractual and travel documents through the Raindrop software program and AdobeSign. Overcome delays and obstacles that prevent the timely flow of projects, reminding users of outstanding approval requests.

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all capital, contractual and travel documents.

  • Track, compile, and electronically file approved contracts and related capital and contractual paperwork.

  • Analyze, prepare, and distribute weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Update purchase orders in Oracle iProcurement and issue Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) numbers for approved contracts.

  • Analyze travel expenses and report policy exceptions to the travel manager.

  • Maintain active user list in all procurement and travel related systems.

  • Train new associates on processes in Raindrop, AdobeSign and Oracle iProcurement.

  • Support travel RFPs related to hotels, car rental agreements and travel management companies.


Qualifications



  • BS/BA in business, finance, related field, or 2-3 years of related professional experience.

  • Experience with AdobeSign or other e-signature services preferred, but not required.

  • Experience with Oracle iProcurement or other procurement systems preferred, but not required.

  • Working knowledge of MS SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint mandatory.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects from initiation to completion under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Superior communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to quickly understand and summarize large amounts of information under time constraints in a changing business environment.

  • Work effectively across diverse organizational teams.

  • Excellent mathematical and technical aptitude.
