We're looking for a proactive content specialist to partner with Meta product marketers, UX content designers, product managers and engineers to drive content strategy for Meta's advertising and business products. The Business Education Content Specialist will create help and support content that will be published in the Meta Business Help Center as well as across other surfaces and delivery channels such as eLearning courses. For this role, we're seeking fast learners who are comfortable working on multiple projects at once.
Business Education Content Specialist Responsibilities:
Create, edit and publish content that effectively supports people in troubleshooting and using our business tools
Create compelling product documentation that breaks down complex business products and concepts using simple, jargon-free language
Ensure content is accurate, findable, high-quality and usable across multiple delivery channels
Maintain content via audits, remove low-impact content and ensure compliance with taxonomy and tagging operations
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the content development process, including marketing, product, privacy, legal and technical teams
Meet tight publishing deadlines with attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of creating content for web experiences, including mobile web
Experience analyzing data trends to inform content strategy
Experience with project management
Experience using a Content Management System (CMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with information architecture and content management
Experience executing content strategies for SEO and translations across channels
Experience with digital marketing tools for businesses
Experience collaborating with multiple other teams and functions to accomplish work
