The Global Technology organization at Prudential is seeking a Manager, Digital Analyst. Reporting into the VP of Digital Enablement Technology, this role will be responsible for business process engineering of digital technology platforms that enable business priorities and achieve Prudential Customers’ Priority Experiences and Journeys.

As a Manager, Digital Analyst, you will examine the way our business processes are operating in the context of our long-term performance goals and recommend ways we can work more seamlessly to achieve overall improvement. This role will be responsible for working across the organization as part of agile teams to provide the digital engineering oversight and execution of Prudential’s digital products / services landscape within Digital.

The team is looking for a process leader with industry experience: strong business acumen, using digital technology trends and best practices to solve Prudential’s business problems, deep experience with digital products / services, to drive and own business relationships, a strategic and technical mindset as well as the ability to influence business, national & international capability build.

Responsibilities:


  • Working across Prudential with business, technology, data science, product management, subject matter experts, and business operations partners, understand our business processes and document for those not documented already.

  • Focusing on enabling differentiated customer experiences and self-service capabilities, consolidate existing metrics as well as develop new metrics that would help enhance our path to digital transformation in the context of our business processes and associated systems.

  • Measure the efficacy of our business processes and associated systems against metrics and best practices.

  • Document modifications to existing business processes and develop new processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational costs.

  • Analyze the feasibility of and developing requirements to support existing technology platforms and create new digital capabilities in the context of enhanced business processes.

  • Plan and support business processes to identify go to market strategies for new products and services.

  • Define and execute new concepts in digital products / services, including but not limited to personalization and omnichannel experiences

  • Own and manage process engineering to build customer focused experiences across specific business agile teams, journeys, and regions to achieve business needs and Prudential digital goals

  • Work across the organization and with business stakeholders to resolve/communicate key issues, critical decisions, and priorities and manage expectations and delivery timelines

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

  • 7+ years of business process engineering and leadership experience in global financial services, technology or consulting industries, preferably with insurance and annuities domain knowledge

  • 3+ years of experience working on any aspect of digital products / services

  • Data-driven mindset, using quantitative tools and analyzing unstructured feedback to inform the development of processes, technical solutions and metrics

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes with multiple business units and stakeholders

  • Organized, detail-oriented individual who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding global environment

  • Endlessly curious in how emerging digital and technology trends can translate into excellent customer experiences

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $100,000.00 to $148,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
