JOB Summary 

Product Development Analyst support the expansion and ongoing maintenance of Combined/Chubb North America’s product portfolio. This candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of competitive analysis, product development, contracts, product marketing, distribution support and training and collaborate throughout the enterprise to support cross-functional product implementation.

Responsibilities 

New Product Development - Assist with the Design and Development of innovative, competitive, compelling products to consistently maintain product leadership and new growth opportunities

Competitive Analysis - Benchmark competitor products through marketing research, competitor state product filings, proposals, marketing materials, social media and industry consultants.

Product Management - Collaborate with Legal, Actuarial, Administration to review, draft and revise insurance policy language that accurately reflects relevant product, market and underwriting strategies, as well as state regulations and mandates. Track, follow-up with Compliance, report on our product filings, and update approval charts

Marketing and Sales Support - Help create marketing materials and maintain product support tools, as well as develop and update product training and product manuals for multiple sale channels to drive growth
