Digital Product Manager - Agile / Innovation / User Experience (UX) - Work at Home at Cigna in Bloomfield, Connecticut

OBJECTIVE

The Digital Product Manager will be the day-to-day ring leader of the team creating and maintaining complex digital products and services across Cigna's customer segments. They are a connecter of dots between the account, project management, design and production disciplines. They understand the strategy, best practices, resources and partners needed to accurately define and champion digital initiatives. Additionally, they help plan, manage and deliver content with clear and persuasive points of view backed up by data, airtight proposals, and a hybrid of technical and creative knowledge to deliver products that meet or exceed user and business needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Use agile processes to manage digital content workflow through the studio keeping the team on track to ensure realistic, actionable plans are put in place and executed.

  • Experience translating business and customer requirements into a compelling holistic experience across different touchpoints.

  • Master at driving and applying user-centered design processes. Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members

  • Oversee content creation process from helping to determine what content to create, coordinating with stakeholders and staging the content for publication

  • Write technical specifications for developers for the creation of new features and maintain internal documentation of product releases

  • Know in-scope versus out-of-scope changes and effectively communicate them to the team

  • Responsible for developing features and creating content which drives organic growth to our web and other digital properties

  • Increase user retention rate across our properties by understanding our audience and developing new features to maximize user engagement

  • Monitor, react to, and grow important audience KPIs such as daily user retention, time on site, CSAT, targeted email distribution open rates and revenue attribution where applicable

  • Experience leading online and offline workshops and interviews with clients and partners to validate design decisions

  • Knowledge of and curiosity about technology, translating its impact on design solutions

Qualifications should include:


  • Bachelor's degree in Creative, Communications, or Marketing preferred

  • 7+ years of marketing or communications experience with at least 3+ years or more in digital content production

  • Strong experience managing digital web products (content-based sites a plus)

  • An eye for UI/UX design and being able to communicate with designers and developers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Very organized with a high attention to detail

  • Analytical; excellent knowledge of Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics and web based KPIs

  • Ability to execute at a very detailed level while keeping the big picture in mind

Set Yourself Apart:


  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

  • Experience with Email Marketing platforms

  • Experience working in responsively designed web products

  • Experience managing designers and developers

  • Previous history creating a successful website from idea to deployment

  • Experience working in a collaborative work/project management system like Wrike/Asana/Workfront

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,500 - 150,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
