Job Title: Business System Analyst (BSA), Supply Chain Systems 

Reports to:  BSA Manager, Order Management

Location: Remote

The Role

• Designs and Delivers system solutions to support both new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within Order Management across the Global Organization whilst ensuring that they support the overall company goals and IT strategies.


• Ensures that the business teams responsible for managing the Customer Experience, Sales Ops and Vendor Compliance functions get the solution and support they need to perform their jobs efficiently.


• Actively participates in projects, workshops and working parties, or carries out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole.
   

Your Impact
 

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• Supports the global Customer Experience, Vendor Compliance and Sales Ops teams in ensuring that the operations of the organization are captured, processed and reported appropriately.


• Drives the Delivery of projects, enhancements, and new systems by working with the Solution Design team, other IT Teams and the user community & Global IT teams to define requirements, develop technical solutions, build test scripts/scenarios, training and develop any necessary technical supporting documentation.


• Acts as the overall Order Management expert in partnership with other IT teams and internal departments to deliver technology solutions that meet the system and process needs of the region and Global organization.


• Support the day-to-day work of the Customer Experience, Vendor Compliance and Sales Operations and other services by offering help, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implemented

We’d love to hear from people with

• Experience with Oracle EBS Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, and/or ASCP and GOP systems.


• Experience in Oracle SQL queries required.


• Understanding of a wide range of Order Management functions such as (Order Entry, Order Processing, Pricing and Pick Release etc.).


• A good understanding of ATP and GOP functions.


• Strong knowledge of integrating On Premise systems with SaaS solutions and third-party organizations is preferred.


• Proven solutions design and configuration skills.


• Solid technical documentation and implementation methodology.


• Able to guide solution development from design to completion to successful implementation.


• Excellent time management skills.
