Who we are looking for

This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology, and operations in analyzing and evaluating business processes and workflows and translating into strategic solutions, business requirements and user stories. Additionally, you will interact with cross functional teams to lead those projects and workstreams to successful completion. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and assist the project teams in breaking down complex processes to define technology solutions and to manage project scope, schedule and resources. An understanding of Agile project management and experience in working with multiple stakeholder groups to analyze and capture requirements is preferred.

What you will be responsible for


  • Day to day program management


  • JIRA management and support to scrum teams


  • Document Management


  • Schedules and facilitates project meetings and provides meeting minutes and action items to attendees.


  • Status reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, scheduling effort estimation and tracking.


  • Serves as a liaison between clients and internal groups to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specifications.


  • Develops and maintains detailed project plan with input from stakeholders and project team


  • Builds cross functional and cross departmental relationships


  • Documents business cases and presentations for senior leadership to facilitate effective and efficient decision making.


  • Leads the creation and definition of the product backlog with team members using agile methodologies


  • Requirements gathering


  • Prioritization of requirements


  • Ensures backlog is transparent, visible and understood by all stakeholders


  • Aligns stakeholders and analysts to assist in the above points


  • Drives creation of acceptance criteria and each team's definition of done.


  • Works with the teams to ensure all tasks are complete through testing, defect management and production release.


  • Facilitate the removal of blockers between stakeholders, working teams, and program resources to drive toward quick resolution.

  • Experience leading global teams to modernize an operating model and deliver high-impact, strategic change(s).


  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially, asset servicing, wealth management and banking.


  • Strong track record of developing talent and high-performing global teams.


  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders across the business.


  • 7+ years extensive experience in asset servicing with a solid understanding of global markets, securities, account opening capabilities and global custody, capital markets and fund services products.


  • Deep understanding of resiliency, risk and control across markets & regions


  • Demonstrated experience in transformation, data & digitization strategy and execution

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.




Salary:

$95,000.00
