Welcome to Total Care Group - a person-centered care organization that excels in providing care and supervision for adults with varying intellectual and developmental abilities, with an emphasis on the behavioral health. We have 18 residential homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, each with 2-4 residents that are ambulatory, active in the community, and uniquely engaging to learn and grow with. We are looking to add dedicated, timely, and professional staff to our Caregiving teams to support our residents through acts of daily living in their homes!

Location: the city of Port Washington
Schedule: all shifts, part-time
Wage: up to $15.50 per hour

Duties:
*Build strong, professional relations with our residents in our homes.
*Care for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
*Provide verbal support and encouragement through acts of daily living.
*Participate in activities, transport residents to community events or work, and encourage a positive and active home atmosphere.
*Demonstrate patience, understanding, tolerance, and a sense of humor.

Qualifications:
*Applicants must be 18 years or older.
*Possess a valid state of Wisconsin Driver's License.
*Ability to pass a background check.
*Availability to work every other weekend and some holidays.
