Blast Clean Operators set up and operate Pangborn or other types of blast cleaning equipment to clean large to very large structural steel parts or fabrications.

Areas of responsibility for our blast clean operators are:

• Operate console to control force, direction, area, or other blast cleaning features.


• Hang miscellaneous material and assist crane operators in hanging larger miscellaneous weldments on to jigs and fixtures required for pull through system.

  Replace or change shot as required and perform standard maintenance operations.

  
  

Our next team member will ideally possess the following:

• A high school diploma or GED


• 6+ months of blast clean operations or prior coatings experience


• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
