Service Delivery Technician I (Hybrid in MN) at Arvig Enterprises, Inc. in Roseville, Minnesota

Job Description:

Position Summary

As a Service Delivery Technician, you will be responsible for the provisioning and installation of service offerings to ensure high customer satisfaction and optimal performance. This will be achieved through providing professional, courteous, and timely technical support. 

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• Associate's degree in networking/related degree or equivalent experience


• Two years' experience working within an ISP NOC Operations or Service Delivery team


• Strong understanding of ISP WAN and circuit troubleshooting


• Experience deploying services based on Metro Ethernet Forum standards


• Troubleshooting, analyzing and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel


• Ability to work in both team and individual environments


• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities


• Excellent communication and customer service skills (you will be supporting the service delivery of high priority customers!)

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with Cisco routers and configuration of customer premise devices (NIDs, ONTs, etc.)


• Experience with access and customer premise equipment (Residential Gateways, Wi-Fi Routers, DSL Modems, Cable Modems, Desktop computers, etc.)


• Experience deploying services based on Metro Ethernet Forum standards


• CCENT, ENA or JNCIA certification preferred, CCNA is a plus
  

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Location

This position can be located in Roseville, Melrose, or Perham, MN with a Hybrid schedule.
