A rewarding new opportunity for a Hospital Laboratory Director Regional has just opened with a great hospital system in beautiful South Eastern Pennsylvania! The Laboratory Director Regional will work cohesively with the Hospital Lab Medical Director and will oversee multiple hospitals in this Regional Lab Director role.

The Laboratory Director Regional will be responsible for the operations of the Laboratory Departments including policies and procedures, budgeting, compliance, and quality improvement. The Hospital Laboratory Director will have their Bachelor’s Degree, ASCP Certification or a comparable certification, and strong hospital laboratory leadership experience. 

This hospital system has an expansive presence throughout this region of Pennsylvania with multiple hospital locations. This hospital system continues to grow and expand and offers amazing career growth opportunities. This position is open due to the previous Lab Director retiring.

The Hospital Lab Director will be an innovative, change agent leader and will have the support of multiple Hospital Laboratory Managers and Laboratory Leads at each location. The Hospital Laboratory Director will work collaboratively with hospital senior leadership, physicians, and quality leaders for department and hospital improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
