Associate Marketing Manager at PPG INDUSTRIES INC in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

PPG Architectural Coatings is now hiring an Associate Marketing Manager!

You will help execute strategy that builds preference for all brands and product lines sold within PPG Architectural channels.

You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work a hybrid schedule in the Cranberry Twp, PA office.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects and teams to launch products and marketing communication programs and in-store merchandising platforms.
• Execute marketing strategies that promote awareness and engagement with target consumer groups. Typically done through our integrated marketing plan such as traditional and digital media, lead generation campaigns, retail/co-op advertising, in-store communication, fixture development, promotions, pricing and sales team training.
• Build all sales tools and materials to support products, both new and existing, including product demos and videos, white papers, digital content creation, or case studies.
• Support the merchandising plan, color merchandising materials, power aisle recommendations, shelf sets, and in-store signage/collateral that propels sales, improves ease of shopping, and educates the end-user.
• Support promotion strategy based on competitive analysis of market pricing, brand positioning, and shopper insight.
• Maximize marketing budget to align with the spend goals of brand building.
• Use Return on Investment tools as a measurement of effectiveness and ensure all spend is captured and approved.
• Know and understand budget parameters including sales, volume, margin and marketing A&P. Track spend and assist with ROI analysis to ensure investment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or another related field required.
• 3+ years' experience within a Marketing or Merchandising role.
• Experience in B2B marketing or retail marketing.
