The ID & Access Management Analyst supports FCCI's identity lifecycle and information security efforts. In this role, the selected individual will help protect FCCI system information assets from unauthorized disclosure and modification through the design and implementation of identity and access best practices. As part of the collaborative and dedicated IT Security Team, this Analyst will help FCCI promote a security aware culture across the company.  Specifically, a key responsibility is to monitor request and ticket queues to ensure approved provisioning, de-provisioning, and account access modifications are fulfilled in a timely manner, as well as align system access policy and procedures with control best practices and self-testing these controls for effectiveness.  Our Analyst will be responsible for documenting and maintaining user administration procedures for newly on-boarded business applications as well as existing ones. In addition, this teammate will also help define and maintain role-based provisioning profiles to provide security and maintain efficiencies in the maintenance and provisioning of systems, as well as identify, investigate, research, and conduct root-cause analysis to resolve provisioning and systems access related issues. This position reports to Director, Information Security and Access Management and will be located in our Sarasota, FL office with the opportunity to work three days in the office and two days from home.

Experience

• * Bachelor’s Degree; NOTE - Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education


• * Minimum of two years’ relevant experience.


• * Solid working knowledge of system access administration.


• * Solid working knowledge of common IAM (identity and access management methodologies and tools);


• * Solid working knowledge of database structures and querying tools including SQL querying language.


• * Solid awareness of information security, IS management and controls frameworks, privacy issues and implications.


• * Experience supporting custom and third party business applications, as well as understanding project interdependencies and systems integrations.


• * Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.


• * Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making
