Job Description

Job Summary

Promotes Stewart services and solutions through various sales and marketing activities designed to ensure customer success while maximizing Stewart revenue and market share. Oversees administrative and specialized operational support to sales representatives and/or sales teams to assist with the selling and closing of Stewart products in accordance with sales goals as specified by leadership.

Job Responsibilities


  • Manages sales support team members ensuring sales team is equipped with adequate administrative and operational support

  • Validates efficiency of processes and support structure related to customer service

  • Effectively resolves inquiries or escalations generated by external or internal customers

  • Supervises the daily activities of support or team members

  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities for direct reports

  • Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager

  • Applies operational business practices and coordinates with other closely related areas to improve efficiency

  • Impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the department

  • Uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems

  • Explains information, conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues

  • Has formal supervisory responsibilities; coordinates resources and sets daily priorities of direct reports to meet operational objectives

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 6+ years of related work experience
