Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented person to become a part of our Credit & Collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account collections and related tasks


• Account research and analysis for reconciliation


• Prepare and maintain various reports


• Respond to customer inquiries


• Work with the customer, sales administration, and sales to resolve or help to resolve customer account issues


• Monitor customer creditworthiness and change of status


• Credit application processes and related tasks


• Identify accounts for project information, prepare the notice of furnishing documents and certified mailings (Notice of Commencement/Payment Bond processes)


• Job waivers


• Research to prepare or assist with customer check refunds


• Upon request, pull and send invoices and statements to the customer


• Follow up on short pays and credits with sales, sales administration, and customer


• Misc. projects assigned as they come along

Work Requirements:

• Mathematical Skills


• Analytical, communication, and customer service skills important


• Detail-oriented with organizational skills


• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently


• Ability to multitask


• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
