How will you contribute to the team?


  • Assists management and daily leadership of Faithful+Gould project team.

  • Provides daily coordination of project activities as directed by Project Manager.

  • Assists project manager in the initiation, opening and closing of project management activities.

  • Assists in creation and execution of project execution plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and Faithful+Gould scope of services.

  • Provides updates to project documentation to Project Manager for review and final distribution.

  • Updates cost and schedule information in preparation for status reporting.

  • Assists in preparation for project reviews and quality assurance procedures.

  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.

  • Supports Project Manager in providing regular forecast and expense updates to project budget.

  • Coordinates communication, both internal and external, including meetings, meeting notes and action items.

  • Effectively pursues the execution and filing of project legal documents.

  • Develops client analyses and reports as needed.

  • May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

What will you contribute?


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline with six years of business experience. Without a degree, this is typically reached through a minimum of twelve years’ experience in relevant analytical and/or project administrative work.

  • Ability to apply knowledge of industry standard project management activities including PMI and Prince 2.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Working knowledge of project cost and schedule desired including use of scheduling tools like MS Project or P6.

  • Good interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with project managers and subconsultants.

  • Must have good analytical ability and technical skills.

  • CAPM (Project Management Institute) or PMP certification desired

  • Work requires use of judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in situations and proactive assessment of communication and project needs.

  • Work requires knowledge of applied project management activities and methodologies

  • Frequently contacts client and representatives to coordinate meetings and communications.
