Description: Our client is currently seeking a HCM Benefits Administration Support Analyst
This job will have the following responsibilities:
o Provide pre-implementation for campus adoption of standardized business processes and system related to Benefits Administration
o Provide post implementation (production) support after campuses go-live for Benefits Administration
o Including technical understanding modified Benefits Administration in Oracle/PeopleSoft 9.2
o Create/update documentation related to end-user and HR super user support in Benefits Administration
o Act as first line of support after university go-live, to immediately be able to answer questions and address issues once employees have gone live with Benefits Administration in Oracle/PeopleSoft 9.2
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 10-plus years of HR functional experience working with the PeopleSoft HCM applications with a specialization in Benefits Administration, required
• Ability to lead and deliver on a variety of tasks related to implementing system functionality within the PeopleSoft HCM application
• Ability to understand business best practices related to Benefits administration, especially around system implementations/upgrades
• Ability to review identified business gaps within the system (as reported by end-users) and develop and propose recommendations on bridging these gaps, either with business process changes, system enhancements/modifications, and/or a combination of both
• Must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiating, and decision-making skills
