Candidate would be responsible for processing dividend and interest income from our Depository Trust Company (DTC) and Bank of New York (BONY) depositories, foreign ORD and ADR income; foreign tax withholding and related fees for Wealth Management customers.



Essential Functions



  • Perform amortization and accretion account model setup as needed, perform manual calculations and postings


  • Provide Commerce Trust Company's litigation vendor the information needed to be able to submit litigation claims on behalf of clients that qualify for the event


  • Post all litigation proceeds received to the appropriate client accounts


  • Prepare cost basis adjustment worksheets and distribute to team members for quality checks


  • Post all calls/maturities allocated at the depository's into client accounts


  • Identify areas of efficiency/automation within daily processes/procedures to ensure a scalable solution for clients


  • Cross train on appropriate functions within the securities processing area to assist during periods of high volume and absences


  • Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed

Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required


  • 2+ years finance or investment management experience required
