Candidate would be responsible for processing dividend and interest income from our Depository Trust Company (DTC) and Bank of New York (BONY) depositories, foreign ORD and ADR income; foreign tax withholding and related fees for Wealth Management customers.
Essential Functions
Perform amortization and accretion account model setup as needed, perform manual calculations and postings
Provide Commerce Trust Company's litigation vendor the information needed to be able to submit litigation claims on behalf of clients that qualify for the event
Post all litigation proceeds received to the appropriate client accounts
Prepare cost basis adjustment worksheets and distribute to team members for quality checks
Post all calls/maturities allocated at the depository's into client accounts
Identify areas of efficiency/automation within daily processes/procedures to ensure a scalable solution for clients
Cross train on appropriate functions within the securities processing area to assist during periods of high volume and absences
Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years finance or investment management experience required
