Position Summary |
Provide high-level administrative support such as assisting employees with general HR policy and benefit questions, assisting with system needs in UKG (HRIS) and SumTotal (LMS - learning management system) running reports, preparing manufacturing and sales reports, and handling confidential and sensitive information. Professionally greet a diverse group of our customers, vendors, and visitors as well as employee owners visiting from all levels and locations of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, and recommend changes/improvements in areas of responsibility. |
