Madison College is pleased to announce we are hiring an Enrollment Services Manager! This leadership position oversees several key student touchpoints within Enrollment Services with an emphasis on the student onboarding journey post-Admission. Areas of responsibility include managing the day-to-day operations of the Credit for Prior Learning and Outreach teams and indirect supervision of the Enrollment Student Services team. In addition to people management, the portfolio of responsibilities for this position includes direct oversight of the college's new student advising and registration program as well as enrollment funnel yield outreach.

This is a full-time, exempt salary, 52 weeks per year position. Core business hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Tuesday, 8am-4:30pm Wednesday-Friday with additional schedule flexibility available with supervisor approval. This position is required to work some nights and weekends to support student onboarding activities and extended term start service hours. A hybrid work rotation is available.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Manage and oversee some of the teams in Enrollment Services which includes prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring staff are trained, ensuring employees follow policies and procedures, maintaining a healthy and safe work environment; and making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations. Direct the implementation of activities and operations related to Credit for Prior Learning, Advising & Registration, Services, and Outreach, ensuring seamless student experiences with our systems and processes. Oversee Advising & Registration programming efforts in partnership with leadership from Student Affairs and Academic Affairs. Monitor key enrollment performance indicators and guide the work of the Outreach team to maximize new student enrollment yield. Collect, process, and analyze unit and college data for assessment, inclusive of extracting valuable insights to support decision-making processes ranging from individual unit workflow prioritization to large-scale college enrollment management efforts. Research and analyze solutions to complex business process issues, technology failures, and escalated student scenarios. Maintains a commitment to the college mission, vision and values.

Knowledge, skills & Abilities:


  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and communications with individuals at all levels of the organization (students, alumni, staff, etc.). Interest and ability to work with a wide range of individuals from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of common policies, procedures, and best practices for Enrollment Services units. Skilled in program and event management. Strong technical troubleshooting and decision-making skills. Skilled in data extraction, analysis, synthesis, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and customers.


Minimum Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree

2. Five years of professional experience which must include progressive responsibilities in an area(s) related to Enrollment Services (Admissions, Credit for Prior Learning, Records and Registration, etc.).
