About the Role

Essity North America is looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to its Employer Attractiveness Talent Acquisition organization. This individual regularly leverage their creativity and operate as the storyteller for the North American Talent Acquisition team. They will develop effective branding assets, ensure they align to Essity’s global EVP, and cascade this to the larger HR functions to ensure consistency.

The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA or Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do


  • Develop and execute campaigns that target the appropriate talent segments and effectively showcase Essity’s EVP.

  • Regularly review all existing Talent Acquisitions communications materials to ensure consistency to Essity’s global EVP and tone.

  • Conduct training sessions with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to ensure understanding of new employer branding resources and adherence to global guidelines.

  • Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics.

  • Effectively develop university partnerships ensures Essity is seen as the employer of choice within those universities.

  • Operate as brand ambassador to ensure the approach for various events like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.

  • Recruiting responsibilities for all new graduate roles and provide recruiting support based on volume of the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices to drive innovation.

Who You Are


  • BA/BS degree in marketing or communications.

  • Minimum of two years of experience working within a recruiting function.

  • Experience leading a campus recruiting program required.

  • Strong excel skills and ability to utilize data required.

  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.

  • Self-start and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence action and adoptions.

  • Able to adjust to rapidly changing situations and priorities.
