The position is in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to spearhead our eCommerce customer experience initiatives on the Ingram Micro Xvantage™ web and Mobile platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our B2B ecommerce channels, ensuring a seamless and efficient buying experience for our business customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption, customer engagement and maximize the growth of our B2B ecommerce business. The ideal candidate should have a sold understanding of B2B ecommerce platforms, Digital marketing, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a business-to-business context.

The Senior Manager, Technical Product Management for Ingram Micro's Global Technology and Digital Department will be a key leader on the Product & Platform team. S/he will be responsible for:


  • Driving frictionless experience for our customers on web and Mobile app.

  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy that evolves the end-to-end experience on e-commerce channels in alignment with overall business objectives

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates and drive traffic to our B2B ecommerce platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, product, engineering and customer service, etc

  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B product sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Manage and guide a team of product managers on customer experience design and experimentation.

What you bring to the role:


  • A bachelor's degree (master's desirable) in computer science, engineering, or related science and math discipline is required.

  • 10+ years of IT experience working in a complex international environment with globally dispersed product management teams, building customer experiences for a large B2B or B2C platform.

  • 3+ years of experience managing high performing technical product teams.

  • Experience working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of products across customers & internal associates.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.

  • Direct hands-on experience working with Engineering teams to clearly scope, define, detail, and prioritize product requirements.

  • Experience developing and launching successful software products.

  • Management experience reporting metrics, setting standards/guidelines, implementing process improvements, team performance and management.

  • Outstanding communication/presentation skills (verbal and written). Should have a high degree of comfort effectively presenting to executive staff, key stakeholders, and large teams.

  • Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects across teams.

  • Passion for quality and commitment to creating engaging, intuitive experiences.

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product managers.

  • Strong interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop talent.

  • Ability to work with remote partners and team members via online tools across different time zones with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Position may require occasional travel, including international travel.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $125,600.00 - $213,500.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
