Looking for a 4-day work week? - Look no further! If you would like to have a 3-day weekend each week we are looking for individuals to join our team and work the following shift: Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 8pm or Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm

The Converting Support position is responsible for loading rolls of plastic products onto unwind stands. The Converting Support position will follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and customer specifications for machine set-ups. This position is also responsible for moving pallets of finished goods via a pallet jack. This position is responsible for routine minor maintenance, Teflon changes, razor changes, and clearing jams.
- Understand process control.

- Emergency and shut down process.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems of all aspects of equipment.
- Constant visual demands with near and far vision.
- Constant depth perception.
- Constant color vision.
- Constant general field of vision.
- Occasional use of sharp utensils.
- Maintain high quality housekeeping of the area.
- Other projects/duties as assigned or needed.
