The Hilton Orlando is searching for a FullTime Restaurant Host/Hostess to support Fastbreak.

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career. Come join this fantastic team!

Shift Pattern: Full availability needed - morning and evening shifts , that can end as late as 10PM-11PM.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Host/Hostessyou would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Deliver In Room Dining food orders to guestrooms, as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
