Previous data entry, Administrative, or Customer Service experience is preferred.

Starting pay for this position is $18/hr.

Available Shifts

- 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Your responsibilities as a Researcher:


  • Research prints by using various utility programs


  • Identify various utilities; e.g. water mains, gas mains, electric etc.


  • Research and attach service grids to tickets or packets


  • Ability to utilize computers and other office equipment


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook are used daily


  • Excellent customer service skills


  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


  • Excellent organizational skills
