What Youll Need to Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 3years experience in property management.Minimum 2years' accounting experience.Yardi experience required.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.Strong time management skills.Solid communication skills.
Your Calling Will Be:
Post rents.Handles deposits, collections and delinquency.Process deposit accounting.Prepare 3 day notices and adjust lease charges.Any other duties and special projects as needed.
