KS Bank is currently seeking to add a Relationship Banker to join our Garner team. Primary duties for this role include, but not limited to:
Provide customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the branch. Assist customers by processing bank transactions such as check and cash deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account questions and any other needs they may have. Build relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and offering appropriate products and service to meet those needs. Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, following bank policies and procedures in handling all negotiable instruments. Respond to incoming phones calls to the branch, providing customers with needed support and transferring calls to appropriate individuals as needed. Balance ATM cash and other ATM transactions. Serve as Vault Custodian, when necessary, and manage vault transactions. Keep abreast of all relevant regulations, policies and procedures through ongoing compliance training.
