2nd Shift Warehouse associate at Hoffmaster Group Inc. in Clintonville, Wisconsin

Job Description:


  • Operate radio frequency devices to make product transfers in an accurate & efficient manner.
  • Use order management system to print pick tickets, bill of ladings, packing slips and labels to use with order.
  • Band boxes for FedEx shipments to optimize weight for lowest cost Run FedEx shipping terminal, scale and label printer.
  • Ensure items are not lost in shipment
  • Drop skids as needed to fulfill orders and when time permits keep primary picking locations replenished with appropriate product.
  • Load trucks.
  • Do daily checks on forklift, walkie riders and standup forklifts to identify mechanical problems and report to maintenance department.
  • Change batteries, check water levels and connections on batteries and report defects to maintenance department.
  • Sweep floors, pick up pieces of wood, empty garbage and maintain good housekeeping at all times.
  • ‘Pick cases/orders as directed ensuring orders are completed, documented, and wrapped appropriately'
  • Must follow GMP guidelines and report any food safety issues to your supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to do basic math skills
  • Possesses basic communication skills
  • Ability to read & comprehend instructions, memos, specifications, safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Able to work around in tight isle ways, must be able to communicate well through signaling

  • Ability to detect product quality issues
