Position Title:Project Delivery Support Intern

Role


This role supports a team (Region, District, Area, or Functional group) with assigned tasks, projects and could include, but is not limited to, the following: correspondence, various administrative tasks, tracking project deliverables, target dates, and monitoring deadlines. Provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise and supporting the team in regular and periodic meetings and data collection and reporting efforts.


Responsibilities



  • Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, project, or program (internal and external).

  • Assists with preparation for various meetings and events.

  • Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status.

  • Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.

  • Provides ad hoc reports as requested.

  • Provides additional reporting and data collection project support as required.

  • Assist teammates in creating formats and templates for reporting and data visualization.

  • Familiarity with MS Visio and Project preferred


Education/Certifications  



  • Currently enrolled in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2026

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field


Experience/Minimum Requirements  



  •  Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 3 to August 9, 2024

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship



Reports to: Manager, Project Delivery


Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday.  On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
