Reporting to the Billing Manager, the Billing Coordinator is responsible for entering charges, and billing patients and insurance companies accurately to ensure maximum collection of payments. The role coordinates with other departments to ensure the accuracy of invoices, corresponds with clients to follow up on outstanding payments, and resolves any billing-related issues. This role is responsible for coordinating all information required for accurate and timely billing of Humanims Behavior Support Services ABA division.
