Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of St Louis™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO! We are seeking customer-focused candidates who have excellent communication and technical skills. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity at DH Pace Company! Position Overview:



  • Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately using a pleasant, professional demeanor.

  • Work with the customer to understand their need and schedule appropriate service. 

  • Perform a wide variety administrative and office support activities for the department/division by utilizing various software platforms. 

  • Data entry to include creating, reviewing, and comparing job ticket information.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:



  • One (1) year of customer service experience, or administrative work preferred

  • Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, a strong attention to detail and extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.

  • Eager to train motivated individuals! 

  • Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, retail, administrative assistant, or billing offers great transferable skills for this position!
